Siberian festival of a Healthy lifestyle.

From 16 to 17 December in the building of "Sporteks" passed "the Siberian festival of healthy lifestyle". There were carried out various activities such as workout in fitness trends, master-classes on modern and extreme sports, football fans gathered team and participated in football competitions, performed also some rules "Ready for labor and defense", and there was competition cheerleading.

I was at this festival, a representative of team rules "Ready for labor and defense". There, we took the following rules: long jump, pull-UPS on a high bar, bending and straightening the arms in emphasis lying, lifting the torso from a prone position, the snatch of the kettlebell, stretching exercises.

This festival proved to be very useful both for residents and for us. Residents the fact that they tested their physical abilities, and our team became more United and cohesive.
